Our scheduling is flexible. Customers can cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the service. Click here for the cancellation policy.
We offer discounts to our frequent customers: weekly - 15%, biweekly - 10%, every three weeks - 5%. Please note, that the discount applies after the first booking.
Apartment & House Cleaning Prices
We employ only the best vetted and customer-oriented cleaning staff. We offer flat rates and bring cleaning supplies. With regular cleaning services, you can book extra services for an additional fee.

NOTE: Flat rates are based only on a reasonably maintained property by owner. If our cleaners determine that the property is in a state of bad repair, subject to our discretion, we will charge $40 / hour but we will advise you in advance.

We offer post-renovation, move in, move out cleaning.
Post-renovation service is provided at $60/hour. Send an email to admin@cleanlux.ca for a quote.
For move-in / move out or deep cleaning, we charge an additional $75.
Pet Hair
If you have a pet, we charge an additional $25 flat rate.
Interior Windows
- One or Two Bedrooms, an additional $50
- Three and Four Bedrooms, an additional $80
- Five and Six Bedrooms, an additional $100
Finished Basement
- Up to Three Bedroom Home, an additional $60
- More Than Three Bedroom Home, an additional $90

Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service
Before Using Our Services – Please Review Our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, provide at least 24 hours advance notice. For late cancellation (less than 24 hours) we will charge $30.
Once we take a reservation, we hold that time open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time. Please be courteous and give us as much time as possible to reschedule the cleaners. If there is no answer when we get to the job site, there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Work Completion
Once the cleaning work is complete, the client must walk through to make sure it is completed. If no one is available to walk through it then work is considered complete.
Illness
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.
Payment Methods
We accept payments online. Our payment system is secure and is powered by Stripe. Customers can pay using a credit card on our website.
We accept VISA credit, MasterCard credit, Discover and American Express.
All payments are made in Canadian Dollars and payable to Cleanlux Cleaning Services LTD.
